GBExcellent Customer Service There was a delay with 2-day shipping over the weekend, but the team was responsive and offered to waive the shipping fee. My device was ordered on Friday and ultimately arrived on Tuesday morning. The device works perfectly and it's so comforting to hear baby's heartbeat!

GBDon't rely on the heart rate number other then that great product This product is great and the company is honest and reliable I got the product in a timely manner and they add the batteries and gel for free that was great
