The brand to buy The only earplugs I buy anymore. As someone with a headache all the time, controlling unnecessary noises is extremely critical for me. I’ve bought just about every type and brand of earplugs in the past, but nothing comes close to the beeswax in these. It stays in the ear, allows me to still hear important conversations but blocks out the piercing type noises I need to control.

I've found they block out 99.5% of ambient noise - which means I can happily sleep through everything from a snoring partner, to thunderstorms and noisy neighbours!
