GBBe warned: Returns are not working on DME Hub After mistakenly ordering wrong size tires I have followed instructions on DME Hub to initiate the return. No response after almost a month?! I wonder if this is as usual. Anyhow make sure you 100% order what you need/want, you'll get no response to your return queries here. So I hope someone is reading the reviews, maybe they'll do something now.

GBWhen I need parts for my wheelchair DME… When I need parts for my wheelchair DME Hub is who I now rely on. I get the parts quickly either by online or phone if I need personal in depth knowledge to obtain the parts in question.

GBI purchased a ROHO cushion cover and it… I purchased a ROHO cushion cover and it was shipped REALLY FAST. Once I received it I used it for about a week and a few threads was coming loose. It was probably a ROHO error when making it. DME immediately sent me out a new cushion cover at no change. This is my second time I ordered something and I will order again!!!
