I have liver disease and everything in it is for the liver, heart, and total body.milk thistle and all other important things for the liver , this meal replacement is more like a vitamin supplement it covers every thing vegetables fruits not just anything this was put together to help heal the liver and body I feel so cared for when i drink it . thank you Natural wellness .And it is fresh tastes so good too.

I don't know yet just started a day… I don't know yet just started a day ago.. Experience some slight cramping but I hope that will pass soon.. I decided to take one tablet daily instead of three..The madness of using so much toilet paper is crazy ‼️ If this product going 2 work it's going work unless doing #2 frequently. and using three tablets daily. instead...Hopefully it will work including my exercise regimen will wait and see..... I'm wishing for the best results.. Thank you

Good product - but costly. Like the product. However - now too expensive because of US / Canadian exchange rate, duty charges and postage charges ( in spite of which still took longer to arrive than usual). Will be looking for more cost friendly alternatives.

Good supplement Service is great. I bought the unflavored since it was also unsweetened. I figured this would allow me to add stevia instead to sweeten. The unflavored does have a flavor...which isn't the best, but isn't the worst. I can deal with it. I've used it in the coffee recipe (ok), in a strawberry smoothie (better), and in their pumpkin spice smoothie (excellent!). I plan on ordering again. It's a nutritional supplement...I wasn't expecting it to taste like steak lol!
