However, some simple advice to others would be to get your heart rate up a bit before drawing blood. I did some pushups/jumping jacks and after that it was much easier to collect. They should include that in the instructions. That would be my only critique.

I think a little more instruction there would be helpful - but - you did include enough of those needle things to let me get the hang of it.
