Poor Customer Service Order not delivered. When I called I was promised a replacement order to be overnighted. That never happened. The two young ladies I spoke to were were sympathetic but man I spoke to on fourth time I called ought not be answering the phone. He was not helpful and his tone was not good. He wouldn't even consider a refund. I had to call my credit card company who immediately issued me with a refund. Great job Capital One.

For the first time, very worried, I spoke to a person. He was kind, clear and patient and very helpful in getting a new order sent, making me fall in love again with DiabetesStore, a great service to those of us without health insurance.
