Basically, find a trustworthy trade platform to work with is hard especially there are many similar platforms out there. I feel lucky that tradewheel find me. I've been work with tradewheel for one month. I was impressed by their quick response, efficient work and thoughtful solution. It's also a good chance to learn from because they are always professional and patient. Anyway , It's been a great experience work with tradewheel so far.

As a customer As a customer, I made a request. I got bombarded with whatsapps and emails from south-african companies offering the thing I wanted at 1/20th the price I know it costs. A little prodding, and these 'companies' asked for payment via bitcoin... shoddy websites, and email addresses ending in 'gmail.com' lol. Don't bother with this website unless you want to spend the next 10 hours filtering through your mailbox

One of their employees contacted me through Whatsapp. I was very impressed with swift response despite the very different time zone. Very good communication. He took my design, clarified all the details and worked with me on the price and quantity. I was sent photos of the completed product for my approval prior to shipping. I honestly had no idea what to expect from this website, but it has truly been a positive experience and I would recommend this manufacturer and website for custom products.

First, I should say I appreciate the Sales Manager who has connected with the company and ISM did their job well, but this company "TD Plastic Metal Products Co.,Ltd" who is the premium supplier registered on tradewheel gave me 38461 USD which is faraway price and unacceptable. On the opposite side and out of the tradewheel the best stamping-Die manufacturer in china propose me 29000 USD with 30 free spare parts.
