USEffective, empathetic care The truth is I was hesitant to post this review because I'm friends with somebody who founded another ED telehealth company and I had been loyal to them for quite some time until my treatment's effectiveness began waning, but Rugiet truly deserves the praise. Their compounded medication is innovative, discreet, effective, and whereas it is truthfully a bit expensive, my experience has been that if you communicate transparently with your doctor and customer care, the Sr. Cx Experience Advocate, Janet L., is open to finding mutually agreeable solutions. I found myself genuinely surprised by the level of care she offered.

USThe lady helping me on the phone tried… The lady helping me on the phone tried several things and finally one worked, turns out much of the problem was on my end, I somehow had 2 email accounts listed and the credit card I was using had already been transferred to my new location so zip did not match But they are very helpful
