10/10 Would Recommend We are new to VL and have been getting our bearings, BUT that has been made so much easier by the chat function that the site has. We had Drew helping us, and he has been incredible. Very happy with the learning experience so far, and excited to see how VL works to grow our business!

I subscribed to Viral Launch about 3 months ago I subscribed to Viral Launch about three months ago. I think it's a great service with great customer care. I had some issues with the extension, contacted them and they were always eager to help. Also, they post tutorials and articles on their blog which are not only helpful in understanding their application, but also the market. They frequently post about market trends and such.

I would recommend Viral Launch to… I would recommend Viral Launch to anyone looking to sell on Amazon. VL gives me insight on market and competitor data that allows me to make informed decisions. Instead of just blindly selling and hoping something works.

Good tool to search brands selling and… Good tool to search brands selling and their products. However, when it comes to revenue data and data refreshes, it falls way short. I shouldn't have to ask for data refreshes - this should be incorporated so that this is automatic. And the revenue data is way off. When calculating annual revenue for brands and speaking with them, the gap is usually large enough to inhibit the brand from working with us.

Launches are overpriced compared to its value given Must make customers aware of the latest rule changes for sellers on Amazon.com in reference to Launches i.e. anything beyond a 20% discount will render all Viral Launch (VL) coupon participating purchases as "unverified" reviews. VL launches renders a minimal impact to buyer confidence. Sales (+) unverified reviews does not (=) 1st page results anymore therefore, launches should be at a price responsive to its true value $150 MAX!!!
