Quite complete, but not quite perfect for international sellers yet. A very complete research tool for Amazon. I particularly like the chrome extension. In my opinion the following should be added: - A search tool that also works in other markets than US - The ability to pin specific products directly from chrome extension - An extended search tool that can find similar products with different keywords - and in the ultimate situation, an image recognition software that would allow to find producers of the same product on Alibaba or other. - another ultimate feature would be to allow the same search within alibaba and then calculate real margins on pinned products.

Loving the Live Chat Help!! I have been very pleased with the responses I've gotten from the Viral Launch support team. It has been my experience each time, that I am working late at night (FBA after-hours in addition to a FT job, I know you guys can relate!), and when I have a question or issue, I'll type it into the live chat box. Granted, it's usually too late at night to live chat, but I've always had an answer waiting for me in my inbox when I wake up the next morning, and to my surprise, when I reply to their answer, they continue to work with me until I'm satisfied. Other 'live chat' options offered elsewhere send your queries into a wasteland where help is hit or miss. But Viral Launch has always taken my hand and led me to a solution.
