Loving the Live Chat Help!! I have been very pleased with the responses I've gotten from the Viral Launch support team. It has been my experience each time, that I am working late at night (FBA after-hours in addition to a FT job, I know you guys can relate!), and when I have a question or issue, I'll type it into the live chat box. Granted, it's usually too late at night to live chat, but I've always had an answer waiting for me in my inbox when I wake up the next morning, and to my surprise, when I reply to their answer, they continue to work with me until I'm satisfied.
