GBNew partner Hello, I’m new to Symphonic and so far everything is in order. I signed up January 2, 2024. Had an issue with release on 1/12/24 (Resolved). Submitted form for partner approval. 1/17/24 was asked to join facebook groups. 1/18/24 I received my Symphonic Release Approval for January 29 2024 and Symphonic Client Relations has sent Amazon Music my artist label request. So far I’m loving are partnership, we are continuing to move forward. Thank you. Best Regards

GBI think the customer service is great… I think the customer service is great is fast and also is very clear in the website how to find everything and they don't have hidden fees, like the one I previously was that my single ended paying more than one hundred dollars when they promised 19.99 a year.

NLpretty great! distributing my music through Symphonic has been a great experience so far. their customer service is outstanding, and the option to deliver videos to VEVO is a precious feature. i must add though that their uploading portal looks and works a bit outdated, but the quick and personal service makes up for that easily. will definitely stick with them for a bit longer for my future releases! i've tried different distributors including CD-baby and Amuse, but Symphonic is my preferred choice now. shout-out to Vanessa from the video department. all the best!
