CAResponsive But Submission Time Is Long I would like to say Justin is very helpful in everything. I’m very satisfied with my plan and I’m happy that support is lightening fast. For artists like me that rely off music as my income, it’s very nice. I’m on their label plan, and the one thing I would like to see improved is the approval time. I typically make songs based off of trends and covers. By the time I receive the license, and everything, the song is complete. However, it takes 5 days to distribute the song and then further the evidence. This is less than ideal and I would like this to be faster for those with label plans. I am however very happy with the responses I’ve been receiving - they have been super helpful and clear Anyone who tells you otherwise is likely distributing cover or copied songs illegally if their music is taken down. I’m happy they take me seriously.

GBNew partner Hello, I’m new to Symphonic and so far everything is in order. I signed up January 2, 2024. Had an issue with release on 1/12/24 (Resolved). Submitted form for partner approval. 1/17/24 was asked to join facebook groups. 1/18/24 I received my Symphonic Release Approval for January 29 2024 and Symphonic Client Relations has sent Amazon Music my artist label request. So far I’m loving are partnership, we are continuing to move forward. Thank you. Best Regards

This distro company allows their users… This distro company allows their users releasing music under other artists' names. They keep releasing fake music albums every week using my artist name. Instead of labeling correctly their fake artists to their fake profiles, they use mine to have a bigger audience. I have told them several times that they must distribute the music to the correct profile, but they keep playing this dirty game.
