New partner Hello, I’m new to Symphonic and so far everything is in order. I signed up January 2, 2024. Had an issue with release on 1/12/24 (Resolved). Submitted form for partner approval. 1/17/24 was asked to join facebook groups. 1/18/24 I received my Symphonic Release Approval for January 29 2024 and Symphonic Client Relations has sent Amazon Music my artist label request. So far I’m loving are partnership, we are continuing to move forward. Thank you. Best Regards

pretty great! distributing my music through Symphonic has been a great experience so far. their customer service is outstanding, and the option to deliver videos to VEVO is a precious feature. i must add though that their uploading portal looks and works a bit outdated, but the quick and personal service makes up for that easily. will definitely stick with them for a bit longer for my future releases! i've tried different distributors including CD-baby and Amuse, but Symphonic is my preferred choice now. shout-out to Vanessa from the video department. all the best!

I simply don’t recommend and advise you to read my story They accused me and my team of streaming fraud without showing me what the law requires when you make such serious accusations: evidence. Instead they blocked our access to our account that we already were closing due to moving to a better distributor and kept our final reports and royalties for them (which is illegal) using as an excuse their DDA. Plus my music is still being streamed and generating income and there is nothing I can do to avoid it. They threatened me with a legal action if I don’t stop to expose them and blocked me everywhere, hiding from their responsibilities and follow what the law says! I simply don’t recommend this or any other distributor that makes money out of this.

Hello Hey guys! I just wanted to say that my first impressions are good about them, they helped me to do my new registration. I came from another distributor and joined Symphonic ! Great to work with We've fed a few projects through their system. They're responsive to inquiries, both from the help team and the artist relations team, and they do an excellent job in setting up and delivering releases, as well as on promo followthrough.
