I posted this information on your Facebook page. Others responded with similar situations. Are you out of business? Can you refund my money? ThoughtCloud processed my payment immediately. Should I report ThoughtCloud to the BBB?

I was a long term customer of TC but… I was a long term customer of TC but they've gone bust and Leo the owner of TC doesn't seem to care that people's hard earned money is being taken with no word on refunds or where their products are. Leo used to be a wholesome guy but I watched him change as he grew wealthier. The product went downhill in quality and its been a fast decline to the poop show that it is today. ****CONTACT YOUR BANK TO PERFORM A CHARGE BACK. I GOT MY MONEY BACK**** TC will not reply to you. I tried for weeks!

If I could rate you 0 stars I would If I could rate you 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 6/6/23 for $232.00. My credit card was charged immediately, I received an order confirmation but nothing more, not an update on order or delivery status, NOTHING. I emailed and called to inquire and got NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I finally had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. Your product was great up until this transaction. Extremely disappointing after I had referred several friends to your product line.

Pet CBD I found this company by watching My Basic Journey on YouTube. I tried it several times now and their products are clean, well packaged, reasonably well priced according to the current market, and they work. I recently started my elderly blind and deaf poodle on their pet formula as he has anxiety attacks and this has really helped both of us. I highly recommend this companies products. I refer them as much as possible. P.S. I am in Arizona where products are easily available but I haven’t found anyone of them I trust for their product content and safety.
