Huge help! Tracy and her manager Chris were such a huge help today! My service dog is already task trained. When I started the registration process it was just to use dog academy to have proof that someone else reviewed her public access training. However, dog academy couldn’t accept our transportation training because she’s trained to lie in the floorboard of a vehicle (I can’t drive so it’s public transport only) and wasn’t able to accept a smaller place like a coffee shop as the restaurant portion. Due to my inability to drive I couldn’t take a Lyft/Uber to a restaurant, do the recordings, and go home after that’s almost $100. Chris and Tracy helped me get a refund since I couldn’t complete the program and issued my proof of training anyways since I got most of the way through. Super thankful for them!
