Sent it twice! Outstanding service. My original order was stuck somewhere in the Chicago mail system and repeated calls to USPS were never able to pry it loose. InsulinHub noticed (I didn't have to call) the delay and contacted me. After explaining, they sent me another order, without charge, which arrived at my home without incident. It does take some time but this company is legit & the process works! Your pkg will get a bit delayed once it arrives in the USA Customs. And also know that you will not see any tracking by the USPS until pkg is actually in their hands AFTER the Customs process, so it seems nothing is happening, but it is! Be patient as all goes smoothly.
