Bad Service, Expired Product They had a product on sale. Bought it and it arrived. Expiration date was the same month I bought it. Sent them an email and did not get a response. Called them the next day and they said they sent me an email back (never got, checked spam). Did not offer anything for their misleading sale. I said they should offer a refund or credit. They transferred me to the manager who did not answer the phone. Left a voicemail. Then got a call back saying they're crediting me $10. Big whoopie. Poor way to retain a customer who has bought from them for years. Then I got the email and it's $10 off $65 purchase lol. Will not buy from them again.
