Excellent customer service I recently placed an order for a shirt. The next day I received a phone call from GAT account specialist Giovanni DePasquale who was advised they were sold out of the specific size shirt I order but did have a size bigger. Mr. DePasquale was extremely polite and empathetic about the issue. I advised him that size would be ok and when I received the package he had sent me some samples and other goodies for my troubles. I am extremely pleased with Gat and Mr. DePasquale! I have never received any better customer service than I received from him!
