GBPoor Customer Service I ordered pre-rolled CBD cigs. It had been 12 days and the item still hadn't arrived. So I send an email to their support address and that redirected me to text their customer service number. I sent a text asking for a status update and refund on shipping cost (since I paid for priority shipping which should take 2-5 days to deliver). The response I received was rude and short. I was told I needed to deal with them being slow and they wouldn't recompense me at all. So I canceled the order all together.
