I wish that I wouldn't need Cynthia and… I wish that I wouldn't need Cynthia and her 5 star team, but when Amazon decides to throw wrenches in my flywheel, I use them without hesitation. Expensive, yes. But, the alternative to working with them is wasted time writing a POA I'm not sure is correct, massive stress, and days of lost sales. Her team is professional and always gets the job done. They literally take the stress away from me so I can continue running my business and, well, sleep at night not worrying about the ridiculous appeal process.

Poor quality, no results, no follow up Disappointed by the service provided by the eGrowth Partners. This company tries to create image of high end professionals but quality of their work does not meet this standard. They provided cliché POA, changed consultant that was working on my case without proper hand over of data that was gathered during the previous work. No actual solution was provided after several rejections of Amazon appeals, they could not identify issue of problem and suggest way forward. Consultants Jon and Jasmine lacked any proper follow up, basically leaving my with the problem on my own. Would not recommend.
