It was a nightmare trying to get my table delivered It was a nightmare receiving my massage table. I thought I was saving money by ordering w/massagetools but I wish I had spent the extra $200 and just ordered from massage warehouse. It cost me way too much time and extra money dealing with massage tools.com and third-party services they use to deliver packages like tables. Total nightmare! I will never order anything from them again.

The few items that need attached (arms and headrest) are very easy to assemble, less than 5 minutes total, and the chair is ready to work out of the box. Our company would have no reservations ordering from Massage Tools in the future.
