This company provided me with a Merchant Cash Advance, operating under a DBA (IMS Fund), and is now sharing my Social Security number with former clients of my business, creating a risk of identity theft. Additionally, I discovered online that they advertise on their website as a lender in California with a license number that is currently expired Despite their trademark being denied by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, they continue to use it on their website, giving the impression of being a significant company. I was unaware that Merchant Cash Advances are unregulated loans that allow illegal actions against business owners. This company uses a DBA to conceal its identity.
