They gave me a tracking number right… They gave me a tracking number right away. Product arrived as advertised, and arrived more promptly than I anticipated (just two weeks). It comes from India so there might be issues with customs etc. But as far as this company is concerned, they appear to be honest and conscientious.

Order Process Was Confusing I thought the order process was a bit confusing. It appeared as if I placed an order before the payment processed which led to multiple emails being received with different order numbers. I thought I placed an order multiple times even though the payment didn't complete. Was the PayPal icon greyed out?? Also, the name listed on PayPal wasn't the website name, & it changed each time I went through the order process. I thought it might've been fraudulent so closed out. Maybe use someone who doesn't know your site to see what changes the user recommends??

I have bought from this company several… I have bought from this company several times. Last time I had a shortage. I reached out to them and gave them the information they needed. It was corrected immediately. It was delivered within 2 weeks. Normally takes 3 weeks average. The logistics isn’t good at all. I have never been able to track my packages but it always shows up. I have recommended this company to my co workers. I will order again.

Ordered Nov 6 and I'm till waiting on a… Ordered Nov 6 and I'm till waiting on a shipping notification. Emailed twice and still no response. So glad my order got here. Customer service was slow to respond but better late than never. I will order again in the future.

this is excellent and would give 10… this is excellent and would give 10 stars if it was available! So grateful to have this website available.Have shared with many people and heard all positive results. Need to have PayPal link sent to me for payment because payment gets a little confusing but always have it sent quickly so that order gets on its way. Would definitely recommend them so that you can get these products in hand and have them available for when needed!
