I used to use the dw for many years, but getting ripped off drove me to look for an alternative. I placed a small first order to see if flatness was legit, I got my first order within two weeks. Used to wait three weeks to a month. They also have great communication, and the tracking system gives me assurances my order has been sent. The products are the very same brands and quality you have been getting for years. Transaction was pretty easy as well….

I’ve used flatmeds 6 times I’ve used flatmeds 6 times. They’ve been around for a while so they’re pretty trustworthy. Shipping is usually fast, but it’s also been slow a couple times. (approx 15 - 30 days) After you place your order, you get an email receipt which tells you to be patient while they fill your order. About a week later, they send another email saying your shipment has been dispatched but they don’t give tracking numbers by default, you have to ask for it. They respond to emails really quickly and provided tracking numbers within a few hours. Usually when I’m halfway out of meds, I placed an order knowing that it could take up to 30 days.

Efficient Service Order took only 9 days from placement to receipt. Great communication, package tracking and good value products. Can't fault them. Will use again....
