I was a pain in the butt, but they were always nice and kept assuring me the purchase would arrive. Great customer service. If you order while Covid is still around. BE PATIENT. I will order again.

Very pleased with the way my order was handled The delivery was very well packed in a cardboard box – and I especially appreciate that it was sent from Germany, hence as an intra-EU delivery, which means that I did not have to pay any customs duties or other fees.
