Quality products, quick shipping & excellent customer service I've done business with Ssmokeshop shop for a little over a year and and found their products to be good quality and order fulfillment is very fast. The one time that I had a problem with an order, customer service took care of the problem and my expectations were exceeded in the manner the issue was resolved. I have no problem recommending this business to anyone I know.

Basic customer service is terrible Basic customer service is terrible. Putchashed something while new to dabs. Asked a question and received a fast reply requesting more info. I quickly replied. Now 0 replies and a ton of emails later nothing. Would never do business with them.

Great products, great service!! I have had nothing but great customer service, and great products from this company. If an item broke or didn't meet with my satisfaction, they always promptly gave me a refund or send out a new item to replace a broken item. Their inventory is top notch. They are always ready to lend a hand or help. They answer emails promptly, and offer coupons to customers. I will continue to use their services bc it can't be beat, in my opinion!
