Good product and price. Poor communication on shipping The service and website were great and the pricing is fair with the sale price…. But for some reason I no longer get shipping or delivery confirmations from kwikmed and that is usually a problem! I am normally called by the FedEx print location or kwikmed telling me they are about to send product back if I don’t pick it up. I’ve checked spam and email both and never receive confirm of shipping.

It seems to me that the prices are a little high but I remind myself I'm not paying a copay for an office visit. I also wish there were cheaper shipping options. I don't necessarily need my meds in 24-48 hours. Overall I'm very happy the service.

To be truthful I would give this place… To be truthful I would give this place a 5 star because it has always been a pleasure being a customer. However with that said the discount emails come few and far between... And then you pay for shipping so its not much of a savings all things considered. I think a loyalty or rewards program where a certain number of refills then you get a discount and free shipping. I would change to 5 star if that ever happens.
