Great tasting and great benefits! Purpose Naturals has been a great addition to my healthy living routine. I suffer from chronic inflammation and have been for a few years. This inflammation can be mitigated through diet and exercise, but not eliminated. I have had pain from inflammation in my left shoulder for almost 6 months. The pain totally dissipated after taking Purpose Naturals for 2 weeks. My understanding is that Purpose Naturals actually works to decrease and can eliminate inflammation.
