GBI have arthritis in my hands I have arthritis in my hands, which makes much of my work-out painful. WAGs have made a difference--the cushioning is what I need. More cushion would be even better for me, but these gloves really help!

GBHonestly going in I had my doubts Honestly going in I had my doubts, but the gloves really do help. I went from intense wrist pain to barely any (I have arthritis), and can even hold poses like downward dog a lot longer now! Gloves look super cool, too, a few of my friends are jealous. Would definitely recommend to anyone else who suffers from arthritis in the hands or wrists.

GBI am a Pilates instructor and have been… I am a Pilates instructor and have been using WAGs for many years. I have several pair that I leave various places: work, my exercise tote, gym locker, etc. so that I am never without. I not only use them in Pilates but also for weight training and yoga. GBTHESE GLOVES ARE WRIST SAVERS! THESE GLOVES ARE WRIST SAVERS! I've had a really hard time with yoga because of tendonitis in my wrists. I couldn't do many of the poses and many more I couldn't hold as long as the class did. I've been using the gloves for a couple weeks now and have not had ANY wrist pain since I got them. I can do all the poses and hold them. They make yoga so much more enjoyable!
