The technical support is…poor The technical support is limited…several times the links don’t work. Click on the links and they don’t work. Also having trouble getting the video linkup’s, we end up talking on the phone. Have only had one health coach visit in 5 months because my spam filter doesn’t recognize a different number every time she calls. When I call back immediately she’s not there!

Not happy at all with my experience…… Not happy at all with my experience… The exercises given actually put my hip in such severe pain I had to go to a physical therapist and go on steroids to get relief. I do not feel like this app provides enough guidance. I want out!!!

Customer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. Dr. responding always within 24 hours period and is very helpful. For me the exercises are painful and I am trying to work on relieving pain. The cream provides about 4 hours of pain relief. 5 Stars!

Satisfied so far, very kind people. I've just started with them, a little over a month ago so I've not had any reduction in my pain yet. But I love that they check in with me, usually a couple of times a week, to help me to stay on track with my goals and to help solve any issues. Like the pain cream that was prescribed had menthol in it and made me sick to my stomach, they quickly made some without the menthol for me and sent it quickly. Everyone I've come into contact with has been very kind and caring. I feel very comfortable with my team
