Deborah is personable and explains in a relatable manner. The program is not easy yet by no means cumbersome but it is the very fact that the program is challenging that allows for real genuine transformation to take seed. I found putting effort into excavating the core values of myself help re-find and rebuild the authentic me that I had lost.
