Deborah is personable and explains in a relatable manner. The program is not easy yet by no means cumbersome but it is the very fact that the program is challenging that allows for real genuine transformation to take seed. I found putting effort into excavating the core values of myself help re-find and rebuild the authentic me that I had lost. Getting back into flow When I started working with Deborah I was burnt out, overwhelmed, and unsure about the future of my company. Her approach is different than most business consultants. Dutiful yet Meeting with open arms Deaborah is an amazing combination of absolutely compassionate, nonjudgemental yet firm when it comes to encouraging the client into the state of Clarity & setting direction. Even though it was our first session, it felt as if both of us knew each other within the first few minutes of the call. Every step of the way she ensured I felt supported & that I moved at my pace. She only offered me what I was ready & willing for. The flow was smooth & did not feel like any particular script was being followed.
