There really aren't enough words to describe how she helped me navigate through the hardest, most painful season of my life with her patience, grace and wisdom. Before this, I never thought that I would be the type of person who would need to work with a coach, because I thought that I could handle everything on my own and work my problems out in my own time and in my own way.
