GBAgreat alternative to wearing a CPAP This product is a great alternative to using a CPAP machine (which I could not tolerate). There are some medical restrictions, but if none of these apply to you, then closely follow the product's set up instructions. If you don't it will be uncomfortable. However, on my second attempt (several years later) I did and those who know say that my loud snoring is gone. I can now sleep 5-6 hours in a row without waking up and feel refreshed each new day. There is still a getting used to with each wearing, generally a 15 minute "settling-in" period as my teeth and jaw adjust to a "fixed" position. After this, I fall asleep and when I awake, I often don't notice I'm still wearing the device.

GBI am utterly effing amazed at this… I am utterly effing amazed at this product. I felt groggy and guilty EVERY morning, because of my snoring. My love tells me that I no longer snore at night. It started working the first night I used it. There was no discomfort, no getting it broken in, nothing but sleep. FANTASTIC damn product. Please take the illiteracy of the one star reviews in to consideration. Do what you need to, in order to get the fit right, then enjoy the sleep. GREAT damn job, lads!!

GBI have been using Pure Sleep for over… I have been using Pure Sleep for over 10 years and my wife says it has kept her sane. I don't snore at all when using the mouthpiece and find myself somewhat clogged up in the mornings if I fail to put it in the night before. My wife immediately reminds me the next morning. " Don't forget to wear your mouthpiece tonight. Last night was miserable!!!".

GBIt definitely helps Using PureSleep has definitely reduced the snoring issue. However, I still wake up to an empty bed about 25% of the time, as my snoring drives her to another bedroom. It’s not perfect, but until the “perfect” solution comes along, I will continue to use this product.

GBPureSleep's "boil & bite" has worked… PureSleep's "boil & bite" has worked great for me for 10 years. Gets the job of keeping my airways open at night done while I'm asleep. It's comfortable; conforms to the shape of my bite, is strong enough to withstand my tendency to "grind" my teeth at night, and heavy enough to prevent my accidentally inhaling it. I replace it every 6-12 months as my bite changes, or if it seems to be hardening, or is discoloring.
