I am utterly effing amazed at this… I am utterly effing amazed at this product. I felt groggy and guilty EVERY morning, because of my snoring. My love tells me that I no longer snore at night. It started working the first night I used it. There was no discomfort, no getting it broken in, nothing but sleep. FANTASTIC damn product. Please take the illiteracy of the one star reviews in to consideration. Do what you need to, in order to get the fit right, then enjoy the sleep. GREAT damn job, lads!!

It really really works.... PureSleep was recommended by a specialist when he said my snoring is heredity, and due to physical throat issue. My whole family had been snorers.Finally discovered that my waking and lack of sleep was NOT due to needing to pee, but my husband was gently waking me up to get me to not snore! I'd wake up and decide I must have awakened to take a bathroom break. Anyway, it only took me a couple of nights to get used to it, now I can't sleep without it. Husband said it's a miracle. I have used it about 4 years, recently trying a less expensive one. I ordered another from PureSleep...Enough said..

PureSleep is the best device I've been using PureSleep for more than 10 years and have been very satisfied with the product. I actually tried a different product for a short time and it wasn't as easy to mold in place or as effective at keeping my jaw forward - which prevents snoring. I highly recommend PureSleep.

Quite simply it didn't work for me ! Quite simply it didn't work for me. I followed the fitting instructions...no problem. The following morning I had some discomfort in my jaw, this is perfectly normal, which passed quickly BUT it didn't stop me snoring. I persevered & used it for another 2 nights but I still snored. I contacted customer support to return the device & obtain a refund. The return label is for the U.S.A. only & when I enquired at Australia Post the postage cost was AU$24 which is nearly 50% of the device cost. It's not worth returning & now I'm stuck with it.

The product works well once it is… The product works well once it is correctly fit. That process is a bit hit-and-miss, and it took me a few tries to re-boil, snip, and push the heat-reactive material into the best locactions. I am on my third device, so that should say something. But I may be inclined to find a more user-friendly product given the increasing visibility of the competition.
