In fact I really appreciate that these gummies do not have any skunky or grassy taste. But I just didn't feel like the gummies were helping me, I did not receive any perceptible benefit. Even after taking two at a time for a period. These are maybe not for my brain chemistry and they can probably help other people out, so it would be unfair to give 1 star.
