GBCustomer Service from this company is terrible On 11/14/2021 I ordered 4000 tablets of Ivermectin from the website of this company and promptly provided payment in the form they requested. That was followed up by giving me three different order numbers as well as tracking data. The packages arrived in the US in the time frame they stated. Two came in on the same day to Customs and the third a day later. The first two were shipped, but the third one never shipped, it contained 1000 tablets costing over $550. I emailed them and they assured me it would arrive soon. Unfortunately it was flagged by Customs and destroyed. I then sent three different emails to them asking if they had an plan to replace some or all of the product. I also included the order numbers and a copy of the letter I received from Customs. They made no reply whatsoever. I had my brother email them about buying product and what their policy was if product was destroyed by Customs, they responded immediately and said that they did sell product and that they would replace any product lost due to being seized by Customs. I then sent another email including a copy of my brother's email telling them that this confirms it is a valid email and that I would leave a bad review on Trustpilot if they did not respond. They responded immediately and said they would check on my request and get back to me. That was May 24, 2022 and I have not heard a word from them. I even sent out one on Monday of this week and told them I would be placing this bad review by week's end. Based on their reaction to my situation, I cannot, nor will I, recommend them to any one else. I am out over $500 and they have not done the courtesy of even replying in any of my inquires. I hope this is seen by many people before they take the risk of doing business with a company who doesn't respond to customers problems or concerns in any way, nor do they offer any explanation of the risks involved.
