I wanted to do this review for my… I wanted to do this review for my agent. I've had bad experience with WellCare customer service, transportation to get back and forth to my doctor's. My agent Mason has helped me with all my needs and concerns. He is the best agent I have had since I have been with WellCare. I am very ill at the moment Mason has helped me find a doctor. I'm talking into my phone for this text but I want Mason's boss to know that I have never had an excellent agent until now. Thank you Mason for being my agent.
