I immediately placed an order for two different items listed in the mailer. I think about a week later I received calls/voicemail from Garda Vita stating that both items were no longer in stock. At least in the grocery business, when a store runs out of a sale item, they offer a rain check. However, since this was a liquidation, there is no need to compensate the customer for the lack of product very shortly after being notified of the sale. Not good. Actively researching other vendors. The products are efficacious, delivered promptly and of high quality. I called late at night to place my last order. While the order eventually was processed, the person didn't seem very knowledgeable of the products, and asked to have things repeated several times. It was almost as if he was distracted or involved in too many things at one time, thus placing the order took much longer than usual.
