The products are efficacious, delivered promptly and of high quality. I called late at night to place my last order. While the order eventually was processed, the person didn't seem very knowledgeable of the products, and asked to have things repeated several times. It was almost as if he was distracted or involved in too many things at one time, thus placing the order took much longer than usual. I have been using Arthro 7 for years… I have been using Arthro 7 for years because it uses chicken collagen and not a shell fish collagen. I am allergic to shellfish so I avoid any products made from shell fish.
