Then I got a catalog which showed much lower prices but I guess when I called they were discounted items because they were liquidating that particular brand. If I wanted those I would have to pay for shipping to ship back all the product that I received to get the lower price I feel they should up possibly giving us a price adjustment since we are a long-time customer for about 10 years. The person I spoke to said the shelflife is probably less than the ones that I received but it was quite a substantial amount cheaper .

I immediately placed an order for two different items listed in the mailer. I think about a week later I received calls/voicemail from Garda Vita stating that both items were no longer in stock. At least in the grocery business, when a store runs out of a sale item, they offer a rain check. However, since this was a liquidation, there is no need to compensate the customer for the lack of product very shortly after being notified of the sale. Not good. Actively researching other vendors.
