In less than 24 hour followup to adjust the order we were told that it couldn't be changed because "it wasn't in our system". Yet in an additional contact a day later we were told that the order had shipped. Both these contacts were lies in our mind as we know how computers operate and how a reputable company should handle business. BAH!!!

The products are efficacious, delivered promptly and of high quality. I called late at night to place my last order. While the order eventually was processed, the person didn't seem very knowledgeable of the products, and asked to have things repeated several times.
