It is a wonderful product and has been improved with the addition of Hyaluronic Acid, which is the lubricating liquid between the bodies joints. I suffer from knew pain due to overuse and the supplements keep me going. I never take a pain medication, cause pain means something is wrong and you need to address the wrong, not mask it. Arthro-7 Sport treats the problem, not the pain. I works!

In less than 24 hour followup to adjust the order we were told that it couldn't be changed because "it wasn't in our system". Yet in an additional contact a day later we were told that the order had shipped. Both these contacts were lies in our mind as we know how computers operate and how a reputable company should handle business. BAH!!!

The products are efficacious, delivered promptly and of high quality. I called late at night to place my last order. While the order eventually was processed, the person didn't seem very knowledgeable of the products, and asked to have things repeated several times. It was almost as if he was distracted or involved in too many things at one time, thus placing the order took much longer than usual. I called because I had just received a… I called because I had just received a shipment for glucosamine and triple America. Then I got a catalog which showed much lower prices but I guess when I called they were discounted items because they were liquidating that particular brand. If I wanted those I would have to pay for shipping to ship back all the product that I received to get the lower price I feel they should up possibly giving us a price adjustment since we are a long-time customer for about 10 years. The person I spoke to said the shelflife is probably less than the ones that I received but it was quite a substantial amount cheaper .
