As a Garda Vita customer, when a sale is not a sale As a Garda Vita customer, about a month ago I received a notice in the mail about the consolidation/liquidation sale. I immediately placed an order for two different items listed in the mailer. I think about a week later I received calls/voicemail from Garda Vita stating that both items were no longer in stock. At least in the grocery business, when a store runs out of a sale item, they offer a rain check. However, since this was a liquidation, there is no need to compensate the customer for the lack of product very shortly after being notified of the sale. Not good. Actively researching other vendors. I first started using Arthro-7 in the mid nineties for my knees. It is a wonderful product and has been improved with the addition of Hyaluronic Acid, which is the lubricating liquid between the bodies joints.
