The products are efficacious, delivered promptly and of high quality. I called late at night to place my last order. While the order eventually was processed, the person didn't seem very knowledgeable of the products, and asked to have things repeated several times. It was almost as if he was distracted or involved in too many things at one time, thus placing the order took much longer than usual. After a month of waiting for my autoship order to arrive I decided to contact GardaVita why Up to this time it was not shipped. No calls no email notifying me of any problem why its being hold for shipment. After my email thats when I know why it was not shipped due to payment issue and was advised to call customer service. So I called customer service to rectify the problem. The gentleman who received my call was nice and polite but unable to help due computer problem. He asked me to call back again. Should I?
