Excellent Service; Product Value? Ordering from GardaVita is quick, easy and low pressure. If I ASSUME that their products are effective for those who take them, then this makes GardaVita an excellent company. However, the prices are too high and I only buy one of their products, and only when it is on deep discount. The other products I cannot vouch for, but Arthro-7 seems to work like glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM supplements in its effectiveness at reducing joint pain (but it is much more expensive, unless it is deeply discounted).

I called because I had just received a… I called because I had just received a shipment for glucosamine and triple America. Then I got a catalog which showed much lower prices but I guess when I called they were discounted items because they were liquidating that particular brand. If I wanted those I would have to pay for shipping to ship back all the product that I received to get the lower price I feel they should up possibly giving us a price adjustment since we are a long-time customer for about 10 years. The person I spoke to said the shelflife is probably less than the ones that I received but it was quite a substantial amount cheaper .

After a month of waiting for my autoship order to arrive I decided to contact GardaVita why Up to this time it was not shipped. No calls no email notifying me of any problem why its being hold for shipment. After my email thats when I know why it was not shipped due to payment issue and was advised to call customer service. So I called customer service to rectify the problem. The gentleman who received my call was nice and polite but unable to help due computer problem. He asked me to call back again. Should I?
