As a Garda Vita customer, when a sale is not a sale As a Garda Vita customer, about a month ago I received a notice in the mail about the consolidation/liquidation sale. I immediately placed an order for two different items listed in the mailer. I think about a week later I received calls/voicemail from Garda Vita stating that both items were no longer in stock. At least in the grocery business, when a store runs out of a sale item, they offer a rain check. However, since this was a liquidation, there is no need to compensate the customer for the lack of product very shortly after being notified of the sale. Not good. Actively researching other vendors. Bye

I first started using Arthro-7 in the mid nineties for my knees. It is a wonderful product and has been improved with the addition of Hyaluronic Acid, which is the lubricating liquid between the bodies joints. I suffer from knew pain due to overuse and the supplements keep me going. I never take a pain medication, cause pain means something is wrong and you need to address the wrong, not mask it. Solicitor from Garda Vita did not … Solicitor from Garda Vita did not process order as instructed. In less than 24 hour followup to adjust the order we were told that it couldn't be changed because "it wasn't in our system". Yet in an additional contact a day later we were told that the order had shipped. Both these contacts were lies in our mind as we know how computers operate and how a reputable company should handle business. BAH!!!

I called because I had just received a… I called because I had just received a shipment for glucosamine and triple America. Then I got a catalog which showed much lower prices but I guess when I called they were discounted items because they were liquidating that particular brand. If I wanted those I would have to pay for shipping to ship back all the product that I received to get the lower price I feel they should up possibly giving us a price adjustment since we are a long-time customer for about 10 years. The person I spoke to said the shelflife is probably less than the ones that I received but it was quite a substantial amount cheaper .
