In less than 24 hour followup to adjust the order we were told that it couldn't be changed because "it wasn't in our system". Yet in an additional contact a day later we were told that the order had shipped. Both these contacts were lies in our mind as we know how computers operate and how a reputable company should handle business. BAH!!!

For those who are regular frequent customers, consider keeping the price the same. Some prices like Arthro 7 have gone up form your specials at $ 17.00 ...to $25.00 dollars a bottle, just this last year. There is no way the cost increase of inflation, or the cost to produce this product has to go up so much. Thanks

I am allergic to shellfish so I avoid any products made from shell fish. I have arthritis and feel that Arthro 7 keeps my arthritis in check and all my doctors know I use it and none ever told me not to use it.

I called because I had just received a… I called because I had just received a shipment for glucosamine and triple America. Then I got a catalog which showed much lower prices but I guess when I called they were discounted items because they were liquidating that particular brand. If I wanted those I would have to pay for shipping to ship back all the product that I received to get the lower price I feel they should up possibly giving us a price adjustment since we are a long-time customer for about 10 years. The person I spoke to said the shelflife is probably less than the ones that I received but it was quite a substantial amount cheaper .
