I first started using Arthro-7 in the mid nineties for my knees. It is a wonderful product and has been improved with the addition of Hyaluronic Acid, which is the lubricating liquid between the bodies joints. I suffer from knew pain due to overuse and the supplements keep me going. I never take a pain medication, cause pain means something is wrong and you need to address the wrong, not mask it. GBI have been using Arthro 7 for years… I have been using Arthro 7 for years because it uses chicken collagen and not a shell fish collagen. I am allergic to shellfish so I avoid any products made from shell fish. I have arthritis and feel that Arthro 7 keeps my arthritis in check and all my doctors know I use it and none ever told me not to use it.
