GUMy ordering experience might be a unic… My ordering experience might be a unic one but its probably worth sharing. After a month of waiting for my autoship order to arrive I decided to contact GardaVita why Up to this time it was not shipped. No calls no email notifying me of any problem why its being hold for shipment. After my email thats when I know why it was not shipped due to payment issue and was advised to call customer service. So I called customer service to rectify the problem. The gentleman who received my call was nice and polite but unable to help due computer problem. He asked me to call back again. Should I?

USIn order to get a discount In order to get a discount, you make us call you instead of running the discount online. The price of many items have gone up too high. For those who are regular frequent customers, consider keeping the price the same. Some prices like Arthro 7 have gone up form your specials at $ 17.00 ...to $25.00 dollars a bottle, just this last year. There is no way the cost increase of inflation, or the cost to produce this product has to go up so much. Thanks

USI've bought GVI products before and… I've bought GVI products before and like the products but did not like the website experience this time. It is a difficult website to navigate and the order took too long to arrive. No tracking updates were given until I called.

USAs a Garda Vita customer, when a sale is not a sale As a Garda Vita customer, about a month ago I received a notice in the mail about the consolidation/liquidation sale. I immediately placed an order for two different items listed in the mailer. I think about a week later I received calls/voicemail from Garda Vita stating that both items were no longer in stock. At least in the grocery business, when a store runs out of a sale item, they offer a rain check. However, since this was a liquidation, there is no need to compensate the customer for the lack of product very shortly after being notified of the sale. Not good. Actively researching other vendors.
