I laid off the bud for about 5 days before my test drinking plenty of water and working out and the day of, I drank it within 30-45 min. Give yourself about 3 hours before your test to do all this but not more than 4 and pace yourself because it tastes awful and you’ll be bloated from all the drinking. After drinking it, I refilled it twice with water and drank all of it. Very important to urinate as much as possible before the test which I did about 7 times. I made sure catch it “mid stream” into the cup. Now I know everyone different but the urine i think should be a healthy yellow which is what it came out as and I was able to land the job without then asking about any thc use. Weigh 130 AVID smoker Weigh 130 AVID smoker, more than 3 times a day everyday for more than 2 years. Flower, dabs edibles. Don't exercise at all. Was cannabis free for 2 weeks prior, & was still coming out positive with the at home drug test. Took it as instructed, the day of my actual test.
