The product itself is great The product itself is great, that is if it will come out of the container. I bought the rejuvenating complex with retinol. Only one side, the black side comes out. I’ve emailed the company with an attached video of me trying to pump it , but no one as replied. Very unsatisfied.

Love the cream, but horrible customer service. Love the cream, but I waited 3 weeks for my order. I called customer service twice and left messages and never heard back. Very disappointing. Waiting 3 weeks for any order is absolutely unacceptable.

Great Product Really love the product. It was recommended after a microneedling treatment and the results along with the treatment were amazing. My pores are definitely smaller and the texture of my skin is great. I only have a couple of complaints. One: It is soooo expensive. I go through a bottle a month just using it on my face and neck twice daily. I was told it would last 3 months—I’ve gone thru two bottles since that time, and I use it sparingly. The second complaint is that is doesn’t always distribute evenly. It has two chambers, but sometimes one of them doesn’t work. This last bottle I ran out of one side before the other side was gone. Although I love this product, I am currently experimenting with other moisturizers to see if I can find one comparable for less money.
