USStopped communicating I initially had a good experience signing up, and with my first shipment. My second shipment was light/incorrect (not enough formula for the month), and then I was double-charged in the third month. They did refund one of the charges but never shipped my order and now do not respond to emails. I've filed a dispute with my credit card after trying to contact them multiple times for 7 days. I hate to go that route but given the radio silence, I don't know what else to do.
