This is my first time trying any sort… This is my first time trying any sort of oral CBD product, and I love it. I bought the Meyer lemon drops in 375 mg. I take them at bedtime, and I truly feel that they help me sleep, which is a huge relief because I have really bad insomnia. The anxiety help that they have been said to give is minimal, but maybe I'm just not taking a high enough dose to get that benefit. I am taking the smallest dose that the bottle says, one ml per day. I will definitely say that the taste is not great, but I would not switch to an isolate product to get a better taste because the cannabinoids and broad-spectrum are supposedly better for your body anyway. I try to take mine with some lemonade and it's barely noticeable. Will definitely be continuing this product, and possibly sharing it with everybody I know.
