Great company!! I have known this company for a very long time when I was just starting to study the issue of working with Amazon and received information about this company in a Facebook group, a lot of time has passed and now finally there is an opportunity to open a company in the USA! and I immediately turned to this company and I must say honestly the result was excellent! everything went perfectly and separately I would like to note that the manager Mr.Joren! turned out to be a very good specialist! thank you very much

They are a scam company They are a scam company. I paid them $70 to get my address update on EIN and it's been almost 2 weeks now and no update yet. The representative that speaks to me on the email gave me a faulty tracking number which never worked. Now the representative keeps giving me updates which are not going to help me. I am stuck and would never use this company again.

It is more than wonderful service by… It is more than wonderful service by this institution that they helped me with sincerity and high professionalism. The answer to any inquiry on the e-mail was faster than lightning. I thank them with all my heart, especially the Joren Bael.

US Formation is HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE! US Formation formed my company in the US in April 2021. I am a non-US Citizen Director of an LLC registered in WY. Aside from creating my US Company, they helped me in opening a bank account and they are also helping me with my Annual Tax Return. Joren is an amazing guy who is always available , ask him anything and everything, he will be willing to help. If you need an agent to help you create your US Company, US Formation is HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!
