I would give 5 stars but the bottle is… I would give 5 stars but the bottle is darn near impossible to open. I understand child-proofing the bottles but this goes beyond that. I have to press down so hard that it hurts my hands and even then, its a 50-50 shot of actually getting it open. I LOVE the oil itself, the flavor is amazing and it does help a little bit with my pain but getting the bottle open is just insane. Y'all might wanna work on making the bottles just a little easier for people like me who have arthritis and aren't able to press as hard. I've had to have my husband open it more times than i have gotten it open myself.

Long waiting time I made an order in mid-December, and all this time, until December 28, their fraudulent system checked my card because of the large amount of the order, I gave them a lot of time and evidence that the money was personally mine, but they did not cope with the task of sending the order. I demanded a refund on December 28 and the money was returned on December 30. Outraged by the support because of the stereotyped answers and apologies, it would be better not to apologize, but to do something, the friend never received his present for Christmas, but the money was returned quickly enough and without any questions, so 3 stars instead of 1.
