I was totally new not sure what to expect and got there and had an amazing time at the community steaming! I did a full body herbal steam in the red tent and it was awesome not only did I feel the toxins leaving my body but I’m pretty sure I lost a lot of water weight that evening. The herbs smelled amazing and she had a special body serum/oil you can put on while your in there steaming away and I highly recommend putting a lot of it on all over. I left the full body sauna with my skin feeling like a baby’s bottom for days even after I showered. I also did the Gua sha and it is the best kind of “massage” it did not hurt it felt like any tension and knots that I had around my neck, shoulders and back were getting the exact pressure of relief I needed. If you want a spa day and have it actually be meaningful where you come out feeling healed and inspired and it doesn’t break your wallet please attend! You get to fellowship with amazing down to earth ladies who actually want you to feel safe and comfortable and have a great time again please attend. As a doula I would totally recommend to any of my mamas this is the best place to fellowship, have a spa day, and women centered healing. Go with your girlfriend, your mom or want some me time go by yourself you will find amazing warm people there!

Amazing healing! To start with context; I first met Laura over a year ago, at a yoga studio with the promise of an herbal steam sauna! What a magical space where the wisdom and venerability of women all ages were coming together with a space of healing that I have since grown so much from. Now I lend a hand tot Laura durning these herbal steam community saunas and vaginal steaming. Everything is very gentle yet powerful. I can see the excitement in the eyes of the ladies who like me have found a solution to so many internal issues. I am so grateful to this as so much has been healed with the doorway available for such ease and joy and sweat!

Laura is a wise woman Laura is a wise woman! Not only did she pass on knowledge about the steaming, her texts to say hello, checking in on me and how my nursing was going after my baby had his tongue tie procedure- She’s been such a blessing! I was 11 days postpartum when I started my Yoni steaming. I enjoy the warm steam and I love that I am able to nurse my baby while internally I am reaping all these amazing benefits. It is the perfect time to meditate- as well as send out affirmations and prayer. It has been an amazing experience. I originally set up in front of my Christmas tree and than moved to the nursery. Excellent, comprehensive and kind service Laura was incredibly easy to speak to. I received a v-steam for my genital herpes and she was incredibly thorough in explaining what would happen and what to expect after the steaming. She even sent a document with additional information that was handy to review both before and after the steam I will 100% be back to see her!
