GBGood product formulation Good product formulation, works, easy to set up. I've been using it since 2022. When I need to delay shipment because I still have plenty of product they've been cooperative. I would prefer that I could set my own delivery schedule for every 4 months but I have to delay it manually each time/remember to do that.

GBShipment on hold Customer service responded quickly but I didn’t get a notification that my prescription needed to be updated or that my shipment was put on hold other than in the app which I barely ever log into or check. Email notifications would be more efficient.

GBGreat customer service and care. I found out I was pregnant right after receiving a new bottle of my custom formula. After talking to my curology provider, she said I should stop the formula and she changed it to a new one that was safe for pregnancy. Curology was kind enough to send me a new full bottle of the updated formula (almost a month and a half early) at no cost. This helped so much because that meant I did not have to wait to start my new formula and I could continue using curology.
