I made the purchase in 2017 to use up… I made the purchase in 2017 to use up the remainder of my FSA but you billed me in 2018 making the purchase completely unnecessary. In fact, instead of using up the remainder of my 2017, I had to use my freshly earned 2018 money. I will never purchase from you again.
