Pharmacy business is one on one with customer who are not just customer but patients and for you we are the customer who represents the patience of America. So without in-depth knowledge of a business in and out you should not hire on top most position anyone in who has work experience in Independent pharmacy either as purchaser or a technician or a pharmacist.
