But a suggestion if possible: either may they be packaged in a squeezable tube, or with a different pump? It's hard to get the lotion out at the bottom of the bottle even when there's quite a bit left.

I've been a customer for 2.5 years and spent well over $2,000.00 on their products. They declined to send me a replacement, as too much time has passed.
