Why can't I give 100 stars for my review? Before working with James and his team at Bowei in 2021, I had no idea how to run a business, or make more than a basic sum as an English teacher. Now, I have a solid foundation for my business, which is growing, and I am on my way to greater financial freedom, and having more time with my family. Why I like this service so much I first came across Jame's teacher entrepreneur training service when I read his ebook. It was an eye opener in itself! Then, through his newsletter content I signed up to I saw he made more and more sense to me. I could feel his service idea was born out of real experience with teachers. I got more interested. I decided to sign up to his 21-Day challenge. A total game-changer for me! I understood I needed to build a business in order to be able to charge rates that a general English teacher could only dream of. But I knew I needed guidance to know how to get my own students online, and how to actually build a business out of it. And that's exactly what James and his team teach. And they do it in so much detail and with such devotion that it is impossible not to listen!! They are the best service I have seen tailored exactly to what I do, which is teaching English. In his courses and training there's clarity, abundance of educational materials, guidance, support, community, a growth path to scale. I have also signed up to his IC course and it helped me so much to get better organized, understand how sales work, learn how to think and communicate as a teacher entrepreneur, and a great number of other key skills. Honest, caring and knows what he is doing I have been through a number of James’ programs starting from the 21 challenge right through to his 5 figure coaching. When I first started my journey a 2-3 years ago, I was a little skeptical and not sure if Bowei could deliver on what they claimed “$100 per hour” as a teacher, especially as I had been burned by other programs that promised so much, and delivered so little. Well I’m happy to share that not only was I able to start getting students and building a teaching business online with the help of James and his team, I was also able to scale, start teaching groups and was able to charge $100+ per hour. Was it easy to get there? No. It requires hard work, dedication, time and effort. But it is possible. Beyond grateful for the support and knowledge of Bowei strategy I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned this past year in James’s inner circle, and the Bowei team are wonderful! I was just teaching ESL on online platforms that paid very little and decided to try the 21 day challenge to learn how to teach private students.
