Terrible customer service; unprofessional Terrible customer service. Toni has a serious problem either attitude nasty and incompetent unable to understand a basic request. And Dr. Lopresti fills notes from a visit for my workers comp case simply writing that I want PT. No burden of proof not professionally written so of course the insurance company denies it; prolonging my receipt of settlement and PT despite the fact that I won my case and have a tear in my shoulder. Just horrific. How is that professionally documented like my case is some kind of joke. TERRIBLE AND UNPROFEESIONAL!! but what do they care they get paid regardless.

The Only Orthopedic on the Planet!!! Dr. Tehrany performed shoulder surgery on my Mom who had a horrible experience on her knee replacement with another so called Dr. She was deathly afraid of having any type of surgery performed after that but Dr. Tehrany was highly recommended so I convinced her to at least consult with him. Best decision ever! He is so personable and professional. His staff was more than welcoming and accommodating. My Mom followed doctor's orders, scheduled surgery, and Dr. Tehrany made her shoulder like new! She recently scheduled surgery for the other shoulder- Thanks a million Dr. Tehrany

Unhappy!! Associate was pushing me to make appointment for surgery before I even saw Dr Tehrany. When I saw the Dr he had his breakfast on the desk!! He was condescending and said because of my age I probably had arthritis and it would be a long recovery. He wanted to operate but was not sure what he would do! And I wasted my $500!! Btw I do not have Arthritis.

Dr.Tehrany Rocks!!! The doctor and his staff did an exceptional job. I felt comfortable and supported both before surgery and after. Dr. Tehrany has the best bedside manner and explained thoroughly all the steps of the procedure. The nurse called to check on me the next day and my medication was at the pharmacy before I even got home. I would highly recommend Dr.Tehrany to everyone.

Shoulder surgery From the initial visit to the final post surgery appointment, a great experience! I can't wait for the next one! Well.... let's just say, Dr. Tehrany and his staff made the whole procedure painless physically as well as mentally! I'm almost bionic now! :)
