This was after 3 months of waiting for a new unit through another company. I received exactly what was advertised and even with a small glitch in the ordering process, which was simply my email address not carrying through so order processing notifications could be made, I was able to connect with MedGuru to confirm everything was moving forward. GBIt appears you wait until a bunch of… It appears you wait until a bunch of shipments are ready for pickup by a carrier before one is called. This causes undo stress on the first orders. Please adjust your process to suite all.

GBGreat service I purchased a CPAP mask virtually. I started with a phone consultation with Hassan and completed the purchase on Medguru's website. The mask was personally delivered to my home later that day. Outstanding service and reasonable prices. It's nice to buy local when such a good CPAP supplier is available in the Twin Cities.
